Audi Supplier Purchase Program / Program Guidelines
1. Eligible buyers are current employees of Audi of America and Volkswagen of America supplier companies and U.S. based suppliers to Audi AG.
2. The eligible purchaser will present a certificate to a participating Audi dealer in the United States in order to process a sale under this program.
3. When the participating dealer verifies that the person on the certificate is the buyer, validated through their government issued identification and current pay stub, the participating dealer may sell the eligible purchaser a new Audi at the program price.
4. Participating dealers may sell or lease the eligible vehicle, and may offer the eligible purchaser financing or leasing to be negotiated between the dealer and the customer. Sales under this program will be eligible for any special leasing and financing terms to be offered by Audi Financial Services just as any other retail sale at the time of delivery. Subject to AFS credit approval.
5. The participating dealer also may sell parts, accessories, finance and insurance products, and other items in the same manner as with any other retail purchaser.
6. In general, unless there has been advanced written notice to the contrary, all new and unused Audi vehicles are eligible except for A8L W12, RS 4, S6 and S8. Vehicles may be sold from dealer stock or factory ordered. Dealers are not required to sell from stock those vehicles that may be in short supply.
7. After the participating dealer has consummated the sale or lease and delivered the vehicle, the sale should be reported as directed by Audi just as any other retail sale. Dealer agrees to forward to Program Headquarters the required documentation as stipulated on the Supplier Purchase Certificate in order to receive the dealer reimbursement.
8. These sales will qualify for other retail or wholesale incentives or bonuses, whether from Audi of America or Audi Financial Services. This includes any Brand Specialist bonuses in effect at time of delivery.
9. Participating dealers agree to sell eligible vehicles at the following pricing structure (Discount will be shared equally between dealer and AoA):

Per directions listed on the Supplier coupon, Dealer faxes all required documentation to Program Headquarters and receives 50% reimbursement of the 6.0% discount (1,050.00) from Audi of America.
Additionally the participating dealer will reduce the purchase price by the amount of any then current retail incentives that may be in effect at time of delivery.
