Q.  What are your hours?

Sales:
Monday through Thursday 9am to 8:30pm; Friday 9am to 6pm; Saturday 9am to 5pm; Service: Monday through Friday 8am to 4:30pm (you can pick-up and drop-off during sales hours); Saturday 8am-1pm by appointment only.

Q.  Do you offer loaner cars?

Yes. Clients who purchase a new Audi at Mohegan Lake Motors are entitled to a free loaner for any service needs by prior request. Any Volkswagen in warranty that requires extended overnight repair is eligible for a loaner or no cost rental.

Q. Can I purchase a car on the internet?

Yes. Many of our customers search our online dealer inventory here, pick out a car

Q.  Can I really afford an Audi?

Probably. Special lease programs on demo and loaner Audis allow us to be extremely competitive. We also offer a fine selection of "Audi Assured" pre-owned vehicles.

Q.  What is an "Audi Certified Preowned" car?

A pre-owned or off-lease Audi, 300-point inspected, refurbished, certified and warranted by Audi. Special financing and lease programs are available. Audi-Assured is 6 years or up to 100,000 miles of limited manufacturer's warranty from the original in-service date.

Q.  Since my Audi has Quattro, do I really need snow/winter tires?

If your Audi is equipped with high performance (low-profile) tires, such as the S4, TT or ... car with the "sport package" option, the answer is YES. If your Audi is equipped with all-season tires (standard on the A4, A6 and A8), winter tires are generally not necessary.

Q.  Can I have the passenger side or rear air bags disabled in my Audi?

Passenger side airbags - generally no.
Rear air bags - yes (call service at 914-528-8076 for details)

Q.  Can't I save money by getting my Audi without Quattro?

Quattro is worth more at trade-in time than the initial cost when new. It is the only option that does that.

Q.  Does Audi offer an overseas or European delivery program?

Q.  What comes with the VW certified warranty?

2 yr/24,000 miles warranty which covers any repair to correct defect in material or workmanship (except wear and tear).

Q.  Is there a deductible VW certified warranty?

No, there is a zero deductible while the car is covered by the warranty.

Q.  Do you accept personal checks for a new or used vehicle?

Yes, we do accept personal checks up to $1,000. Anything above that amount must be a certified or bank check.

Q.  What are some advantages of leasing a car instead of financing a car?

  1. Get a new car every 3 to 4 years.
  2. Put less money out of your pocket.
  3. Get more car for less money.

Q.  What is the most we can put on a credit card?

$500 is the maximum we accept on a credit card due to our agreement with our vendor.

Q.  After I purchased a vehicle from you how quickly can I get it?

If it is a new vehicle, it could be the same day. If it is a pre-owned vehicle, usually within 48 hours.

Q.  What are your retail hours?

Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Saturday 8am-1pm.

Q.  What if I can't make it during those hours?

We provide a pick-up service at the cashier's desk from 5pm to 8pm Monday through Thursday and Friday from 5pm to 6pm. Please call parts at 914-528-8076 for details.

Q.  What if you do not have the part I need in stock?

Your part may be special ordered. In most cases we require payment in advance to have your part on an invoice and make it easier to track. Most Audi or VW parts take 2 to 3 days. Most Isuzu and Suzuki parts take 7 to 10 days.

Q.  Do you offer priority ordering if I need a part urgently?

Yes. There are additional charges for these services. Please check with our parts department for details.

Q.  Will you ship my parts to my home or place of business?

Yes. We can use UPS or FedEx.

We have a drop-off box. You can drop your car off at any time.

Q.  Do you have loaner cars?

Loaner cars are available by appointment only to our new vehicle clients.

Q.  How do I get home or to the train.

We have shuttle service available Monday through Friday.

Q.  How are your technicians trained?

They are factory trained and certified.

Q.  How do you keep up with all the new cars?

We are connected online to the manufacturers. Our technicians are always attending factory classes and we have a shop filled with state of the art diagnostic equipment.

Q.  What type of parts are used?

We use only factory-authorized replacement parts.

Q.  What is the warranty on parts?

There is a lifetime warranty on struts, shocks and mufflers.

Q.  What are the advantages of buying my car at Mohegan Lake Motors?

You get preferred service appointments and discounts on parts and a wide variety of services.
