I wanted to take the time to expound on my purchasing a used car from your organization. 

To begin, the staff was very friendly and attentive with no ‘hard sell’ and worked as a team helping each other.  From selection to financing to service to delivery, the process went very smoothly.  My salesman, Bill Vangor, strived constantly to keep Mohegan Lake Motors as the bar to which other dealers should step up to.  He always made himself available, returned calls and extended himself to make it a pleasant encounter – the way car buying should be.

I feel that Mohegan Lake Motors should be known for their 3 SSS concerns, as conveyed to me by Bill, (Service, Safety and Satisfaction) as those things were in abundance there.  At the same time a relative bought a used Audi and got the same great feeling as I did – and mine was not even an Audi, VW or Suzuki bought from their lot, -  and I got the same fine respect.

I am thoroughly satisfied with the staff and the cars they deal with, and I am sure others will be too.

Our Recent Purchase

Dear Mr. Reichl,

My wife Barbara and I recently purchased a 2005 certified pre-owned Audi A6 from Mohegan Lake Motors. I wanted to send you a short note to tell you what a pleasure it was doing business with your dealership and, in particular, how much we enjoyed working with your salesman, Robert Cici.  

We had seen this car on your web site and came from Poughkeepsie to take a look. Rob was very knowledgeable of your inventory and knew exactly the car we were interested in. His pleasant, no pressure salesmanship made the test drive a lot of fun. He was well acquainted with the car and pointed out the various options and features. He then worked with us to get a good trade-in price for our old car and to negotiate what I feel was a fair price on the A6.

We have purchased many cars over the last thirty years and I have to say that Rob is the best salesman we have ever dealt with. He made the whole transaction a pleasant from start to finish.

All in all, Barbara and I were extremely pleased with our experience at Mohegan Lake Motors and would recommend both your dealership and Rob Cici to anyone looking for a new or used Audi.
